Since I don't have an internet connection at home, I'm currently using a telecom hotspot that I can receive in the apartment. I have a mobile phone contract for which I have a hotspot flat.
Now I wonder if it is legal if I have the internet connection from the hotspot to SmartTV, laptop and PC running permanently via mobile phone to use netflix, online games and the like. So like a permanent connection. Or whether the Telekom can tell me at some point that I'm not allowed to do that?

You may be allowed to do that, the only question would be what is allowed to cost.

With such tariffs, Telekom generally only prohibits the use of SIM in a router.
Can you read in the terms and conditions or the service descriptions.
Fair use should only affect roaming in other EU countries.
Well, it doesn't cost me anything because I have a hotspot flat with me with my mobile phone contract.
It doesn't depend on my mobile data volume but I pull it from the hotspot and distribute it with my cell phone to SmartTV, PC, Xbox and laptop.
The question is whether Telekom can forbid me that if I permanently access it.
I have the SIM card in my cell phone and from the cell phone I forward it to the devices. Then there shouldn't be any problems.
That is allowed, Telekom does not check what you are using the hotspot for.

We do not check how you use our HotSpot.

I'm happy about it so far.
It is really pleasant to be able to use Netflix and Co at home.
The owner of the house unfortunately has no "good" internet connection. (Telekom says only 6 line, so not even 16k…)
But he said he was going to order fiber. Only it probably takes a little. After all, fiber is already in the street because the neighboring house is already connected.
