My brother is addicted to League of Legends and has developed the tick that he always coughs what excites me and my mother. I've uninstalled the game many times but he just reinstalled it. I think I get aggression disorders again by his constant cough. Can't somehow block the game for our laptop or something?

Not if you cough all the time. I have nothing against the game, only against my brother's tick.
Why is he coughing haha?
He just started with it, I don't know why but as soon as he fights or so he starts coughing and it gets on my nerves.
I would recommend you talk to your brother and try to get him off the tick and not directly forbid him the whole game.
Does not matter
We already have (my mother and I) but he doesn't stop. He simply takes no account of us. He also has many other games where he doesn't have this tick and he can still play them.
Is the computer your brother plays on his own?
Does he have admin rights?
If he has no admin rights and you have an extra user for it, you can block the execution of various programs if Windows 10 Pro or higher is installed using Local Group Policy…
