MagentaCloud on TV still doesn't work?

Now I'm asking again why my MagentaCloud is still not working on TV. I have not yet received a correct, helpful answer. The Magenta app does not open despite correct entry of the access data. All devices such as laptop, PC and mobile phone work perfectly with the general login.

As I said, the login on the television is displayed, I log in and only the magenta cloud window appears. No further clicks help. The data just won't upload. The same applies to the mail app.

What can I do?

Such techn. Problems are too complex to be resolved in writing from a distance.

You should clarify that in a proper dialogue (by phone), so there's nothing.
