My screen on Sims 4 turns white after 15s?

Whenever I go to Origin and on Sims 4 games, it only takes 30s before whom Maxis and Sims 4 show up After 15s the screen turns white! I have no mods and CC inside I have the packs to the Arbrit! Time for friends, big city life, dogs and cats and seasons. Have the laptop from Lenovo (new) and 64 G-bit!
