I have the Lenovo l340 gaming notebook with the i7 9th generation, 8 GB RAM, 165o or 1660 graphics card from nvidea. Windows 10 home. Since November.
So far everything has always worked perfectly and I was very satisfied but lately I have had the following problems
1. When I start a game, the microphone in discord seems to switch off. I can still hear the other one, but no longer. I can then partially close the game or even completely restart the computer.
2. The response time is often very slow and you have the feeling that the computer is overloaded, but this can't be.
3. Games can sometimes no longer be closed without restarting. Windows key as well as alt + arrow key no longer function or react. Closing was also not possible via the Task Manager.
Does anyone have any idea where it is and has solutions here?
