Switch Amd graphics cards (can be recognized but not selected)?

So
10

So I have an amd Radeon R5 Graphics in my laptop and an AMD Radeon R7 M340 the latter is more powerful so I wanted to select them for games but it doesn't work. The graphics card is recognized by the laptop, at least it is everywhere, but when I go into the Windows graphics settings, I'm only offered the Radeon R5 and when I go to the Radeon software, I'm only shown that the Radeon R5 is working and the Radeon R7 M340 is not and I can't choose which one I want to use either, so what's the problem?

Drivers are installed for both of them, Radeon software is also the latest version, Windows 10 as well

In the Device Manager both are inside but as I said, only the Radeon R5 does

An

As far as I know you have to set it in the Bios / UEFI. What do you see there?

So

Where do I have to go in the BIOS?

An

What kind of board do you have, I'll make myself smart on the net.

So

So my BIOS is insyde F.24.07.06.2017 is that what you mean?

An

Motherboard.

So

Where is that

An

Download CPU Z or SiSandra, it will be displayed there.

Ar

The computer does it by itself, if it recognizes a 3D application or simply something that needs more graphics, it switches automatically.

So

If it were that easy, I would hardly have asked. That doesn't work

So

So 1. I just noticed that you don't need the programs, everything is under the system information, but it doesn't matter 2. Manufacturer: HP

Model: 81FA 67.38

Is that enough?
