How do I activate active pen input (Dell Inspiron 13 7000)?

I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 and inside a large sticker sticks to the "Active Pen Input" stands. I have now bought the Active Pen PN556W from Dell. Now I wanted to install the associated software Dell Active Pen Control Panel. However, this is not possible because the software reports that this laptop does not support active pen input…

Can someone help me there?

I found in the Control Panel the item Tablet PC settings and all settings for pen input. Since these are available, I assume that my laptop really supports the pen input. Is it possibly just the wrong pen or can somehow install the software anyway?

Found that I have an Inspiron 13 7373 and not an Inspiron 13 7000. However, clearly on the sticker is 7000. Is the Active Pen PN556W compatible with this device?

Look in the BIOS, if the pen input is disabled.
