I have a newer generation laptop (not a gaming laptop) but emergency call 112 is not running and bugging all the time how do I fix this?

Hello everyone I recently bought a laptop and installed emergency call 112 on it but it bugs all the time even though my laptop still has a lot of memory, maybe someone can help me?
