PCI communication controller (simple)?

In Device Manager, I have 2 exclamation points in 2 x PCI communication controllers (simple), what can I do? I have already tried everything, and I'm also in contact with Hewlett Packard (notebook manufacturer) but nobody can solve the problem.

VEN_8086 is the manufacturer (Intel)

I still managed that, but the device type itself:

DEN_5A9C

and

DEV_5A9E

I can't find it, unfortunately.
