Which notebook would you take? The HP Pavilion Gaming or the Acer nitro 5?

Without knowing what is built in, I can't tell you. But it is self-evident that something is included in the question. It is better to deal with PC / laptops first.
I'm not a full professional, but the one on the right seems to be much better positioned in terms of memory. The 1 TB SSD is worth its weight in gold and additional HDDs are not to be scoffed at either. Admittedly it is a little more expensive, but in your price range 12 euro are only a difference of about 0.4%, I wouldn't be stingy now.

The Acer is better in my opinion. The 1TB SSD is bombshell and the 2TB HDD is not without either. They actually have the same specs, but the 512GB on the HP can fill up faster than you think.
Incidentally, I voted wrong.
Has more mass storage, 512GB is very little.
