Submit your Saturn product to Expert?

I found out today that my laptop said goodbye to me. I still have warranty on the device. However, I bought it in Saturn. This is 20Km away. We have an Expert Klein near here, and my question is, could I drop my laptop there, either way, because it will be sent to Lenovo?

No. You've signed a purchase agreement with Saturn, not Expert. That's why only Saturn is your contact.

You have to take this to the store where you bought it. This does not have to be the one Saturn store, but it must be Saturn's.

That should be clarified with Saturn. Call customer service and ask.
