That's right. Whereby I would look for the price rather a used Ultrabook or similar. Business devices from Lenovo and Hp are always advisable. Especially as they have a long battery life.
But the laptop will typically be pretty poorly processed gaming notebook and have no high battery life.
But only the dedicated graphics card drives the price up, but that does not really do anything.
It could be worth 250 if you find the right buyer, but I would not pay like 40 anymore.
