Someone bought a laptop for his girlfriend from a trustworthy online shop and paid for it. This was very cheap from the price. He has now received a package and there's said laptop is not included but another article he does not want. The laptop is no longer available in this shop and everywhere else costs much more. If he had already done that and no answer came back? How long should one give opportunity to answer. And if the dealer contacts you and only wants a refund. But this is desired by the buyer? Since he does not get the purchased item anywhere cheaper
