2.4G mouse not lit?

I just wanted to connect the mouse to my laptop. It says that the mouse and the laptop are connected, but the mouse is not lit and you can't use it. Batteries are in and the switch is also "on"

Wireless or cable?

"Da" = Where the computer shows what it is connected to

"the switch" = under the mouse is a small switch to turn the mouse on

"indicated"… * roll your eyes *. Are you on the mainboard and looking at a lamp? Or a control lamp on the display? In the control panel and see that on the screen?!

Can you also connect the mouse with a cable?

And what should light up on the mouse? A gimmick or the infrared sensors?

Are the batteries well charged?
