Install Dragon City on Laptop?

Hey guys 😊 I downloaded the game Dragon City on my phone and am really excited and I wanted to install it on the laptop and actually found it thanks to Google only now I have the problem that (either my laptop is scrap or the application, no Notion) the app loads up to 100% but then does not start. Now I wanted to ask if someone knows. The laptop is a Medion Akoya Connect XL and otherwise he has never made any problems except that Windows 8.1 can't be installed after about 30 tries and 2 times reboot and that it is quite slow but I refer to the malfunctioning update (By the way I could be very grateful to me because a technical genius could help)
