I have ordered the Logitech g502 mouse and want to play with the mouse on ps4, since the mouse does not have a Dpi key and you have to program it, I wanted to ask if I could use the laptop via the laptop e.g. Can set to 800 dpi and the dpi remains at 800 on the Ps4?
You can find this information in 99% of the cases on the product page of the article from the manufacturer - you usually inquire about this before buying.
Do you want to ask a question? Fine, but why didn't you do it and write it in the title as it should be?
To refer to the question: let's hope that the settings are saved on the device. Products that do not do this should be banned. Modularity and independence are important!
This mouse has its own memory in which the settings are stored.
You can switch between 3 basic settings and then between several individually defined DPI settings.
=> Bottom button behind the wheel and the top two buttons on the left.
When I use this mouse on Linux, I also access it.
But why should she have to? Everyone should be able to install the software.
Because there's often not the right software for every operating system - especially not for consoles - and it is cumbersome to adjust the settings every time you change your PC.
That would be like typing the number with every phone call, reinstalling Windows every time you start it, or putting on your character's gear manually after each game load.
The fewer sources of error and the easier the operation, the better.
Or stop in my case for Esports mice, because such a mouse memory is very often used for cheats etc.
But you will get used to making the settings yourself in the game
