Why can't I download series or films on Netflix even though I have Netflix as an app?
When I click the download icon there's an orange exclamation mark and "There was a problem with this download."
You can only do that on your cell phone and tablet. Download is also only possible under certain conditions
I also have a laptop and I always download films and series.
It should also work on the laptop

I had that once, but I don't remember exactly what it was. I believe that somehow the title is simply not available for download, or the download has failed, or the title will soon no longer be available?
