Persuade trainers to study at home (training)?

I would actually have had classroom teaching for 4 weeks this coming December, but this will be split due to the corona. There will only be 2 weeks of school in the form of face-to-face tuition and the remaining 2 weeks will expire or until then we have to learn most of it independently on the online learning platform "Moodle" in the sense of self-study, as the 2-week face-to-face tuition starts relatively quickly will be with the exams.

On this learning platform there are some 30-45min videos of the individual lecturers per subject as well as a number of scripts, exercises etc. I'm always allowed to do a "school day" at work on Fridays and study for school and have also received an old laptop for work. The problem is that our internal Internet is a catastrophe, I can't watch a video, let alone have to wait 20 minutes to open a pdf file, and the laptop is really slow. My school supplies are all at home and it is difficult to learn at work while colleagues are on the phone around you, etc.

I want to ask my trainer if I could be released on Fridays to study at home, which would make a lot more sense and I could study carefully in peace. Just I don't know how exactly to argue? Apart from that, nothing works with watching educational videos and with the ambient noise. My trainer tends to say no straight away.

Does anyone have any advice?

Try going there and telling your instructor that you can't open your learning videos at your workplace and that you therefore need another workstation in the company that has fast internet where you can open the teaching videos, and ideally still a few Mickey Mouse to have some peace and quiet while studying, so that you can adequately prepare for your exams.

You would have all of that at home, but you'd rather learn in the company - but you can save that if he arrives at the same time: Then you better learn at home. )

Talk to your trainer that you can teach at home because you can't because of too many sources of noise and also because the lapp tob is probably from before 2000 the 20 minutes for opening a PDF is not reasonable, even with a junk pc it only takes Seconds! Or that the Internet is not enough for the company! But the other tip wouldn't be bad either if you do it so that you need a job where you can do everything for school! But where there isn't so much noise either!

Why exactly do you go there for the 2 weeks? You should study at home during the time, so do that too.
