Can I "receive" WLAN from TP-Link with the EAP115 and feed my laptop via the LAN cable?

And if so, can someone give me tips?

This is actually the specialty of WLAN bridges and also of various repeaters.

I would not have read anything in the obvious specs that these functions were offered.
If in doubt, better ask the manufacturer.
