Sims 4 on laptop? - 1

I recently got Sims 4 the game, and an expansion pack for (it says on it) PC, MAC is such a disc. Have a hp laptop and now wonder how I can get the game on it. I didn't find anything on Youtube either. Or are there better options?

Insert CD, and something on CD with installer. Find the exe and let it run

You can enter the CD-Key at Origin and then download it.

You insert the game DVD into your laptop's DVD drive. Usually somewhere (should be in the top right corner) "Execute Autorun.exe" appears. You then have to click on it and should be guided through the installation process.

Newer laptops no longer have a DVD drive, so you would need an external one or (might make more sense) buy the game again online.
