It is a Medion Akoya E6239, bought about 2 years ago.
specifications:
Windows 10
4 GB RAM
Intel CPU N2840
upgraded with a 500 GB SSD
Condition: probably damaged the maintenance cover slightly during SSD installation, because it can't be completely closed, but it does not fall off because of the screws.
If it really is a 500 GB SSD, I would take it out and keep using it myself. Maybe you still have the original plate and could reinsetzen or reinsetzen the book without hard drive on eBay classifieds. I would do it without plate for 100 euro or with plate and system for 120 euro. Viell luck I wish you and all the best.
The CPU is very weak, the 15.6 "display has no Full HD resolution and the 4GB RAM are synonymous already very little.
With hard drive and good condition and possibly (if bought at ALDI and proof of purchase still available with 3 years warranty) Restgarantie I would have said so to the 100, - €.
But the SSD upgrades the device while the damage to the service cover and (due to conversion) the missing residual warranty devalues the device.
So I would say about 120-130, - €
Soberly and realistically, your notebook is only a fraction of the value it once cost. The notebook's performance was pretty meager two years ago.
In hardware the price decline is partly quite extreme. Especially if it is such a "no-name" device from the lower price segment. I myself would pay for a used notebook like yours not more than 120, - €.
One hundred and twenty even because of the big SSD, otherwise the notebook is uninteresting in terms of performance. There are several business notebooks that are currently traded around 150-220, - € but offer much more power than yours.
As an example, mention the Lenovo ThinkPad T420s. Since tinkers either an Intel i5 or i7 CPU in front of him, i.d.R 8GB RAM installed and ne SSD is usually installed as well. Said model one can already get for 120-150, - €. Your compared as rather bad cards has.
