Inexpensive notebook-tablet hybrid?

I'm looking for the cheapest possible hybrid of notebook and tablet for my studies. So that I can use a bluetooth pen to take notes on the one hand, but also a keyboard for household chores. If possible, it should run with Windows, so Apple is no longer available. Can someone recommend certain devices to me?
