I wanted to ask what the laptop in the picture can be used for, i.e. What things it is good enough and / or sufficient for
I think games like cs go or minecraft could be played on it
So I can't do much with thinking, I have to KNOW what that thing can do
Thinkpads are good office laptops. Had one myself for school back then. Fast on the way in Word and Excel and good enough for Photoshop if you don't overdo it.
Office and multimedia is no problem…
With games, "simple" games will also run, you can forget about complex games
But 400 euro for the device is too much, I paid around 200 for the configuration
What games do you mean by elaborate, e.g.

Minecraft will work, but you won't get high fps or high settings either.

I bought it refurbished on eBay for 180 euro with an i5-4300u, 8GB RAM and 250gb SSD… The display is not specified in your picture, but it will probably be 1366x768. Remember that too
For the price of 400 euro, if you take a look around, you can also get a device with a Ryzen CPU and Vega 8 - only an iGPU, but much better for games than Intel's iGPUs

The best thing to do is to create a new question here for a purchase recommendation. This should include:
What EXACTLY you plan to do with it
how much money is available
That you can / want to buy used through asu
Preferred resolution & size
(as a laptop) whether mainly at home or mobile
whether a classic desktop PC would do the same
The laptop is sufficient for office and surfing. However, it is far too expensive. Around 200 euro would be appropriate. For the money you get a much better new laptop.
