I need a new notebook to work with, what do you think of the Medion Akoya P17605?

There are 2 versions, which is better?

512 GB PCIe SSD

The second version uses a 256 GB PCle SSD + 1.5 TB HDD instead of the 512 GB PCle SSD.

What is better? Does anyone have any experience with this notebook?

Let go of Medion, this is the last scrap, then you better buy an Asus, Hp or Lenovo, because you are better served with it.
