Do not buy that. It is much too expensive for only 320GB, for the money you can also easily buy a 1TB HDD or SSD, the latter I would recommend because SSDs are much faster and vibration resistant. (for a small notebook, of course, very interesting)
A small SSD is available for 20 euro, cheaper than the HDD that you found.
If I try it to turn on (with mains operation) nothing happens. Absolutely nothing. The power adapter is wonderful.
Without a hard drive with operating system that will not work.
