I really have a big problem. A few weeks ago my father received a decommissioned Asus laptop from my old school (he's the caretaker). The power button no longer worked. In any case, he fixed it and gave me the laptop for online classes etc. The problem is, I can't install anything because I don't have admin rights on my own account. I have really tried everything cmd commands, installing things via text files, resetting the laptop, resetting the password of the admin account, removable media, etc. Etc. Can anyone help me please? Even if I have to delete all the data, that's fine.
Then reinstall Win 10 or 8.
