Can I play Sims 3 or 4 (+ possibly expansion pack) smoothly on this laptop?

Since my old laptop is slowly giving up (crashes often, screen keeps getting stuck while playing videos), I would like to get a new one soon. My requirements are that I can do simple office tasks with my laptop (I'm a student), videos can be played smoothly and I can play either Sims 3 or Sims 4 (+ possibly expansion pack) smoothly on my laptop. I don't want to play any other games if that matters. Yes, of course, that should work. Maybe not all expansion packs right away, but some for sure.

Well, it only runs at low settings. The Intel CPU has a relatively weak integrated graphics unit. But it would definitely be too expensive for me. Laptops with the requirements are available from around 450 euro.

Does that mean that Sims would run relatively well on this laptop?

40 fps at high settings in Sims 4. So I wouldn't go under that, too, to make playing fun.

The reason why it is so rarely offered is that the new Ryzen processors have only been released recently and are not yet being used as often, maybe the delivery bottlenecks due to Corona also had an impact on it.

I also play on a laptop, it's not a gaming laptop or anything. I own all packs and have also installed 10GB CC / Mods. For me everything runs smoothly just have to try out the graphics settings, what is important to you some of them do not have much effect on the game but totally slow down the game.
