I have just got a 28-year-old intern in my company who wants to change into IT (because you are a graphic designer for years, find no work and so ne Art Informatik has studied). Unfortunately, she is not even able to open the cover at the bottom of the laptop (2 screws and then pull hard) and otherwise she is indeed interested but I would have the first time three years drills so they would be halfway to use. I promised her if she tried to write a good review but she would be fired from another IT employer after 2 days simply because she is not on the right level of knowledge. Should I be honest with her and refrain from issuing a good certificate of employment, or should I fulfill my promise, write a good job report and let her fall to ruin?
To be honest, nothing else brings you anything
