Hello dear community have put my laptop together again. Can it catch fire if the cables lie on top of each other?

The white cable is e.g. On the fan. I would like to connect my laptop to the power supply now. That's why I want to ask again here

Personally, I would possibly plug the cable into a cable duct or something like that. I wouldn't put the cable on the fan, but next to it, tidily stow it away / lay it down. (I'm not a professional if I'm wrong somewhere etc. Please correct)
