Friday night funkin download does not work?

I'm just about to get Friday night funkin. I download it from ninja-muffin24.
If I now get it on Windows 64-bit (same case with 32-bit) it comes into my folder, I tap on funkin and then it comes? (In the picture). I do it then, but then it is there again, what should I do?
