There are people who have the problem if their laptop runs with battery and is not charging their fps drops. With me it is the other way around when I play without power supply I have so 60 fps but when I load my laptop (which I always do when gambling that does not go out) I have 20 fps Please can help me I've been looking for a solution but no found.
I believe you are that, every time you plug in power supply then the battery is only charged instead of supplying power for component, because power supply for component will take care of power supply and recharge battery. And because your laptop's power supply does not have sufficient watts, of course, the performance is reduced.
Either this power supply is not suitable for your laptop or the power supply has any defect.
unfortunately you have to get ne other laptop power supply.
Or your laptop is not intended for gaming at the store.
