Allow a Mac user account only in the office, private use (GPS lock for Macbook)?

As I'm about to hire my first employee but I do not want to buy him a laptop, I would like to let him use his own laptop (Macbook).

This should then create a new 100% unlinked Mac user account as I want to do his job for my company. I would like to prevent that the employee has access to this user folder outside of his workplace or outside his working hours. I could imagine here a kind of GPS lock, with which one could adjust, so that the appropriate Mac user account can be used only in the office + 1km. In addition, I would like to have 100% control over this Mac user account including screen sharing, etc.

PS: Of course, this control should ONLY include the Mac user he uses for his work and NOT the private user.

Now to the question: Is there a software / tool with which this can be implemented?

Then put a PC in the office, if you do not want to buy him a laptop. But with everything else, your coworker would be pretty stupid if he joined. You want him to work for your business, make a profit, but are not ready to hand him the work tool? You have ideas…

Should he bring his own salary?

Why should anyone give you such full access rights to your own laptop?

Do not buy a laptop or PC for your co-worker or think about any security measures. The eh not work effectively if the laptop can also be used privately.

If you have no money for the tools of your staff, you should work alone for a while to earn this money. (Cover that also need money if your employee gets sick in the 5th week of employment and you have to continue to pay the wages without performing.)

Would be pointless, the private user account has anyway admin rights, so any "lock" could be lifted even from the same system.

What do you really want to pay for an employee plus social security and non-wage labor costs if your company does not even have enough money left over for a fussy MacBook?

That's an argument… And the first helpful answer, thank you
