Permanently allow Windows authorization for programs from unknown developers?

I downloaded the Ryzen Controller for my laptop to set the power consumption and temperature. The program must run in autostart for the settings to be adopted. Unfortunately, the PC now asks every time it starts up whether this is OK because the developer is unknown. Is there a possibility to create an exception for this program so that the program starts without asking.

Have you tried to give the program permanent "run as administrator" permissions?
