Setup of the laptop. How can I start over?

Today my new laptop arrived. I started it up and started setting it up (Windows 10) I quickly clicked through and unfortunately I chose the wrong region.

I can't go back anymore. Is there any way I can start over again from the beginning? I have not connected yet, but I'm currently creating an email.

Depends on how far you are. If you are lucky enough a reboot. Otherwise, you have to set up and then reset the system to factory settings. Or you simply reinstall Windows. Then all adware and garbage is gone
