Windows 7 laptop system broken?

Hallu,

I've had a problem with my Win7 laptop for a long time. I used to restart it normally, but it didn't work. Instead of returning to normal, only a black screen with the mouse was displayed. After about 5 minutes the Windows symbol is displayed again and the process starts again. I can't come to register. Unfortunately I don't have a Win7 repair cd. Do you think it's worth getting one, or are there better options? Have tried a few things but never worked (unfortunately I can no longer list what all of that was.).

I don't get into safe mode either, there's the same problem as when starting normally.

This is a "boot loop" that is often caused by broken updates. Here probably only really helps to reinstall Windows 7 or 10. Depending on Windows 7, you can switch to 10 for free.

Can you maybe send me a link which CD I have to buy exactly for Win7? Would be very helpful

Windows 7 is no longer supported, save your data and play Windows 10 on your laptop that should solve all problems LG

I would quickly get a new SSD and then install Windows 10 on it. You can then reconnect the current hard disk and pull down the data if you need it.

You can get a Windows 7 ISO free of charge from Microsoft:

https://www.microsoft.com/...d/windows7

A USB stick is then sufficient.

Yes, I know that it is no longer supported, but actually worked well after the support ended. So I can just get a win10 CD and it works?

Why don't you just install W10 NEW? There's no more support for W7.

br

It is easier to download W10 from the Internet, it is also free.

Ne Win Cd you burn yourself, you can only get into the network with your mobile phone

You know that Win 7 is no longer supported, but it is obviously not clear to you. This is not about the system running

But regularly against the latest security problems. (Viruses, hackers, malware) is updated.

So win 10 is uncompromising

https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10

you go below for another pc, so you create a win 10.iso

Best as a DVD because the drive gets power most often when it starts up. If you don't have one, then USB, you have to go to the BIOS first. So that USB gets power first.

If that does not fit, the computer starts up to the error.

ph

Yes, something like that should go

I have now pulled win 10 on USB from another laptop and installed it on my laptop. Now it works again!
