How can I activate my gpu on Windows 10?

I upgraded from my old Windows Vista laptop (dell vostro 1000) to Windows 10 and everything is running great but I wanted to play GTA San Andreas which should be suitable for older laptops but it doesn't work because who I put your clip in after real games come crashing. But I pressed Dan win + g at the same time (all data are displayed CPU, gpu, FPS…) and I found that my laptop runs permanently on cpu 100% and the gpu runs on 0% and unfortunately my laptop is too old for it there are no more graphics card drivers so I looked online and found nothing. So I came here to ask if you can somehow activate the gpu via the terminal or if there's a special program for it.
