This always happens when I try to SIGN IN on my cell phone.
The account details are correct and the support does not help.
I have already signed up for a subscription on my laptop. The subscription says:
"stream on one device"
Is it possible that I can't log into my cell phone because of this?
Ever thought of changing the password?
No, but I can log out and log back in on my laptop
I would click on forgot password or change the password.
