I play rocket league on ps4 and recently started playing on my laptop. I'm using a ps4 controller on my laptop and I noticed that the control over my PC is much better (more direct). That's totally unfair! My Dominus (car) drives much tighter turns on the PC and behaves completely differently when it comes to the air roll. With the ps4, the air roll is more "spongy" than the PC, which makes air dribbling almost impossible. Unfortunately, my PC can't withstand rocket league on the highest graphic setting and unfortunately I lost the fun on the PS4, since hard training only makes sense on the PC. Can you somehow change that on the PS4?
It's a shame that different scripts are used to control the cars on the PS4 and the PC. In my opinion, Rocket League can no longer bear the title "e-sports", as the controls are "noticeably" different from system to system and therefore not the same challenges are given for every player. I love the game but am deeply disappointed.
The controls are identical to the PC and console with controller, either it is imagination or it depends on your console / controller.
The problem is not with the controller.
The console is much slower and sluggish and that's what you notice.
It jerks constantly and the picture is also totally ugly.

I've just checked it again, if both are set to the same level of sensitivity, it feels on the PC as if I'm one with the car because the controls are simply very direct. The Ps4 is spongy. It's my 3rd PS 4 and the controls on the PC seemed absolutely new to me and I felt a direct difference to every game beforehand. By The Way, I've been playing at Rank Diamand and have been the game for 5 years. It can hardly be imagination.
This is due to the console performance, not the PC! Your PC is a little better.
