Is this laptop enough for Rocket League?

I have a laptop in my room that I don't actually use, but I got the idea to play Rocket League on it and because I'm not very familiar with PCs (laptops) I ask you.

4 GB of RAM is really little. I recommend 16 GB

I'm not sure how old your laptop is. Assume 40 FPS should be inside. You can try it, Rocket League is free.

The part can only be used for Office, even that would be too slow for me.

The processor is from 2009 and was a cheap entry-level model even then.
