So I mentioned a graphics tablet from Wacom Cintiq wx 12 as mentioned above and it has a DVI connector on its converter box. And a DVI to DVI cable. Since my laptop does not have a DVI but only an HDMI connection. The question is whether I need an HDMI to DVI cable or a DVI to HDMI… AND if I'm somehow still missing a converter so that it works?

You need an HDMI to DVI cable.

HDMI input → your laptop

DVI Output → Your Cintiq.

Something like that should do it:

I've got one more question. It worked I see the picture. However, the screen is immersed in red. Or really yellow now. Can you do something there or not? (When I turn on the menu. On the wacom tablet itself. The setting is normally blue. So it should be somehow due to the signal.)

Is the plug properly fixed in the tablet and PC / laptop? Sounds to me after a loose contact. Otherwise, look in the properties of the operating system of the computer (laptop / PC) to see if there's something wrong.
