For XPlane 11 it should be enough. The 3060 is also quite good, but the i5 will fail.

Windows still has to be installed, which can be achieved with a few YouTube videos. The costs are different. If you buy it from Windwos it costs around 120 euro. On eBay, a key costs 4 euro.
