Mid-range gaming laptop?

To all tech-savvy people and gamers. While looking for a mid-range gaming laptop, I came across one from Medion (see picture).

Can you tell me if he's any good?

Ps: I really enjoy playing games like GTA, but I would also like to get Cyberpunk 2077 … So that you can get a rough idea. And a PC is not an option as I travel a lot.

Well with an i5 you don't get very far with Cyberpunk even a 2070 super comes to its limits with an Intel Core I9 10700F speak from experience
