I'm considering the Notebok HP - Pavilion x360 for 399.00 euro to get.
Business activities:
8 GB RAM
Intel Pentium Gold 4415U dual-core processor
Intel HD graphics
15.6 inch HD touch screen
Has anyone had experience with it? I would like to use the Noteboook for the following applications:
Web surfing - streaming in general
Html, CSS etc. Programming
Graphics - eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
CAD programs - eg. Allplan Nemetschek
To what extent the touch screen helps me a bit, I do not know yet. But has anyone with this notebook in the mentioned applications possibly collected experiences?

Although I have no experience with the notebook but I know my PC.
In web surfing etc. And Html… CAD will be sufficient as it is in Photoshop etc. I can't tell you unfortunately but there you should have no problems.
I would personally rather but the HP 255 G7 (6BN39ES)
recommend.
