I tried to reinstall my laptop and now I have a boot loop, there's always a bluescreen where it says critical process died and it keeps starting up again and again and there's an error where windows could not be installed although I have installed fresh Windows does it come anyway windows 7 windows 10 windows 8.1 everything has been tested the bios is up to date when i connect an external hard drive with windows 10 and start over it the laptop runs flawlessly someone can help me

No, unfortunately I tried everything. The laptop has an m.2 slot and a hard disk 2.5. The laptop always installs Windows incorrectly only via a finished Windows 10 hard disk that was installed by another laptop. Otherwise it only works bootloop
