I want something to learn and play / free time. I'm a little interested in programming, so I would like to get a laptop / PC. Then does a pc make the most sense? So that goes (almost everything). For whom is a PC worthwhile and who is less worth it? I definitely get a TV because of netflix & co. Must say that the ps5 is already appealing to me. So far I haven't had a PC and I don't know my way around well. (Am 18) With a laptoo you can do very well. Learn to work on papers outside of home. (Parents also live separately)

Please consider and know what concerns the purchase of the above devices as well as the advantages and disadvantages. The ps5 is supposed to come with 4k, how much do I have to pay for a PC to get the 4k? Is it worth it and do you even need it? How expensive will it be with a stable fps rate?

You don't always have to upgrade your PC! If you spend enough money, it doesn't have to be four digits, you can be happy with it for a long time.
PS: If mobility is important to you and your printer is not wireless, then of course it is a laptop.
With a pc that costs 50 euro, you get 4k in a stable fps rate, even if this fps rate only runs at 2fps.
A console has no advantage over the PC.

Typical argument from consoleros who have no idea. Buy something normal and for 60 FPS you never need to upgrade anything.
Defensive PC. On the long run you will get away with it much better than with PS5 and co.
A pc because it is much faster and better than a laptop and if you want to switch from work to gaming you can simply buy better hardware from the pc
Under a four-figure amount, you will hardly be able to play current AAA titles for more than 3 years if you want to play on 4k and stable FPS
