I play on a laptop with an external monitor- … I have the ex. Monitor set as the main display and everything fits and starts on the ext. Only terraria starts help on the laptop monitor
Can you open terraria in window mode and pull over
Is there a setting in terraria where the main screen is? If not, go to the display setting in Windows and move the first monitor to the right or left and back again. Save in between

Do not ask me why but in window mode it is still in full screen… I'm not stupid so standard things I've already tried
That doesn't work with pushing back and forth either
Then deactivate the laptop display. Make the external one the only screen. Some games just can't handle the monitor settings that well.
