I got a TV that was supposed to be good, but somehow everything works somehow wrong.

I connected it to my laptop via HDMI, but somehow when I watch YouTube the video is out of sync with the sound.

Is there a solution?

(The television is a 4k television, could I then also watch 4k content on the television on the laptop?)

That is normal. Do you know the "input lag" phenomenon? This is the time that the picture needs to be displayed by the laptop on the television via the HDMI cable. Some televisions have a higher value than others. And 4k doesn't play in well. Try buying a higher quality HDMI cable. And activate the "Gaming" or "Movie" mode in the settings.
