Geforce MX230 for Blender?

I have a Lenovo ideapad c340 with the following equipment:

-Intel core i7 105 100

-Geforce MX230

Since I've already installed Blender and have been using it for a week now, I wonder why it's suddenly lagging. I started a project in which I'm currently modeling a Tesla Roadster. But since it always works, I'm now wondering whether it might be due to my laptop?
