Laptop freezes on LENOVO YOGA 530?

I bought the Lenevo Yoga 530 a while ago. It always worked flawlessly had liked to bring it to 100% CPU load with games, everything continued to work well, suddenly when I have online lessons the PC freezes but it freezes properly and the zoom still works well but none other programs I can't start any other programs and if they are already open DO NOT run them!
