Your laptop should theoretically still have a VGA connection: Try connecting a monitor to it.
Also, it's unusual for HDMI to stop working since Windows 10.
Overall, that sounds more like a graphics card problem. In theory, you can fix it, or it's very simple and you're just missing the right drivers.
